Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Market Ready Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Market Ready Systems (and as Market Ready Creative for media work), collects, uses, and protects personal information. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Market Ready Holdings LLC under either name.
We build and operate CRM and automation systems for small businesses (the "Service"). This policy covers our website at marketreadysystems.ai, the Service we provide to our clients and their team members, and our internal CRM at crm.marketreadysystems.ai. The bank connection described below is exclusively for our own business operations.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact details. Names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and login details for the people who use the Service.
- Business data you put in your CRM. Contacts, leads, deals, notes, tasks, messages, and files that you or your team add to the Service, or that the Service imports from tools you connect.
- Mobile number for SMS alerts. The mobile number you give us to receive text message alerts from the Service, along with a record of your consent.
- Usage logs. Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, timestamps, and error logs, collected when you use our website or the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and support the Service, including sending the alerts and notifications you asked for.
- To set up and manage accounts, and to communicate with you about the Service, billing, and support requests.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To improve the Service and our website.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Business data that a client puts in its CRM belongs to that client. We use it only to provide the Service to that client.
3a. Internal business bank connections through Plaid
Who can connect. Our Plaid integration is limited to authorized Market Ready company owners connecting company-owned bank accounts. It is not offered to consumers or clients for connecting their bank accounts. Clients cannot access imported bank transaction data through their client portal.
Authorization and information received. When an authorized owner chooses to connect an account, Plaid Link presents the account connection and authorization flow. We use Plaid Inc. to retrieve information from the accounts the owner authorizes. Our integration stores the institution name, account names and identifiers, masked account numbers, currency, transaction dates, amounts, descriptions, merchant names, pending or posted status, and connection and synchronization records. Transaction descriptions may contain names or other personal information about payers or payees. The CRM does not receive or store bank login credentials.
Purpose and access. We use this information to reconcile business deposits and expenses, match payments to client agreements, and report on company cash flow. The integration provides read-only bank data access and does not initiate payments or transfers. Access to bank connections and imported transaction data is restricted to authenticated CRM users with the Owner role. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Plaid and service providers. Plaid processes information under its End User Privacy Policy. We use Supabase to store the imported records, Vercel to host the application and API, and Trigger.dev for background synchronization. Bank records are encrypted at rest in the database and transmitted over HTTPS. Plaid access tokens are additionally encrypted before storage.
Connection choices. An owner can pause future synchronization in the CRM or contact erik@marketreadysystems.ai to request disconnection or deletion of imported records. Pausing synchronization does not revoke the bank authorization or delete previously imported records. Where supported, the owner can also manage or revoke the connection through the bank or Plaid Portal. Previously imported records are handled under the retention provisions below.
4. SMS text messages
The Service sends operational text message alerts from the CRM (such as a daily digest, deal flags, lead alerts, and important-email alerts) to account holders who have consented in writing to receive them. We do not send marketing text messages.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
- Message frequency varies with account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email erik@marketreadysystems.ai.
Our text messages are delivered through Twilio, which processes your mobile number and message content only to deliver messages on our behalf. See our SMS Terms and how we collect SMS consent.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the Service, when you direct us to, or when the law requires it. The third-party processors we use to run the Service are:
- Airtable (database and CRM records)
- Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)
- Vercel (website and application hosting)
- Trigger.dev (scheduled jobs and background automations)
- Twilio (SMS delivery)
- Google and Microsoft mail APIs (only when a client connects a mailbox to the Service)
We use these providers to operate the Service under their applicable agreements and privacy commitments. Plaid also processes information for the internal bank connection described above under its own End User Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.
6. Data retention
We keep account information and CRM data for as long as the client's account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When a client's agreement ends, we return or export the client's data on request and delete it within 90 days, unless we must keep it longer to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Usage logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. When you opt out of SMS, we keep a record of the opt-out so we do not message you again.
Internal bank records. Imported company bank records are retained while needed for reconciliation, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business recordkeeping. Ending a client agreement does not by itself delete company accounting records associated with that client. We assess disconnection and deletion requests manually, including any records that must be retained for those purposes. If retention is necessary, we explain the reason to the requester. Removing access to a bank connection does not automatically remove historical records from our CRM or data independently retained by Plaid or the bank. Backup copies follow the storage provider's backup lifecycle rather than immediate selective deletion.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
- You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of non-essential email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
- If your information is in a client's CRM, we will forward your request to that client, who controls that data.
To make a request, email erik@marketreadysystems.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are material we will notify account holders by email.
